Who we are​

We are a team of change-makers who believe that every helping hand can create a better future for themselves and others.

How we started extending help to needy children, youth, and adults who were eager to study and work for a better life.

TMP Amici Aeternum is a Nonprofit Organization that was created and founded  in Robstown, Texas, in 1996 by Marty Guajardo. Mr. Marty is not only the creator and Executive Director of TMP AMICI AETERNUM (TMP /TMPAA), but the soul backbone of the programs and development of TMP Amici Aeternum, which means ((The Master’s Plan Eternal Friends). In John 15:13 reads, “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” (if you do that that friendship is eternal.)  With the assistance and encouragement of Rodrequis Thompson, Robert Wright and others they were able to make this dream a reality. On August 25, 2022 he incorporated with the State of Arkansas as a Domestic Nonprofit Corporation and filed with the Federal Government tax exemption status. TMP is a recognized as 501(c)3 organization by the IRS, and donors can deduct contributions they make under IRC Section 170. Marty believes in the vision and mission statement of TMP Amici Aeternum and showing he does  by, “Paying it forward,” on a daily basis.  Having a heart of gold, Marty has learned from his past and strives to make a world of difference by assisting others in becoming the best they can be. 
 
Marty said he heard these words a long time ago and does his best to live by them:
” No one cares how much you know, ‘Till they know how much you care…”
So he strives to show everyone that he cares not by what he says, but by his action.
 
Thus TMP Amici Aeternum vision, mission and beliefs are stated below.

We are located in Arkansas and have recourses Texas for now but hope to expand our resources soon. Our office headquarters is in Arkansas.  Why Arkansas because here is where the founder Marty now resides.

Arkansas: The whole state
Texas: Robstown, Corpus Christi, Dallas / Fort Worth, Houston, and its surrounding areas (i.e., Freeport, Lake Jackson, the Woodlands, Sugar Land, Etc.) Mexico: San Miguel, Guanajuato

Our Mission​
Our mission is to make sure all people get all the support they need, when they need it, no matter what it is. ​

TMP Amici Aeternum is a non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives by empowering individuals and communities through many efforts such as the following programs: Education, life skills and job training, addressing food insecurity and homelessness, job fairs, job training, prevention and curving violence, community service, volunteering, mentoring, referral to other resources and more.

Our Vision To better the life and future of individuals and communities one person at a time, so they can better the lives of others as they pay it forward. . Our Beliefs We believe in the improvement of each other’s lives, by exposing a true depiction of what we can become.  It’s our core belief that the only way we can rise and succeed is together.  Remembering where we came from but not being a product, bound or shackled by our genealogy, family dynamics, environment, or past.
